Damadama is a habit journal. This page says what we collect, who handles it, and how to get a copy or a delete. Identity, journal data, and payment are handled by other services.

What we collect

  • Account identity from sign-in (name, email, and the login provider you choose).
  • Journal data you write: habits, day logs, recurrence, time of day, and reminder choices.
  • Account look: appearance and accent.
  • Error categories and timestamps to diagnose service failures. These reports exclude journal text, email, account identifiers, request contents, and device subscription keys.
  • Payment details for Pro, which Stripe collects. We see plan status, not your full card number.

Who processes it

  • Supabase provides sign-in and stores habits, day logs, and preferences.
  • Vercel provides domain registration and temporary fallback hosting.
  • Cloudflare hosts the website and controls access to private staging.
  • Stripe handles Pro checkout and the customer portal.
  • Sentry receives redacted error categories when error reporting is enabled.

We do not sell your journal. We do not use it for ads. A Pro reminder, if you turn it on, uses the email or push channel you left on.

Copy and delete

Settings → Your data downloads your journal as JSON or day logs as CSV. Settings → Delete account removes your journal and sign-in account and immediately cancels Pro without a prorated refund. Cleanup retries if a service is unavailable. A minimal operational record of your account identifier and deletion progress remains to prevent delayed events from recreating data; it contains no habits, day logs, email, or device keys. Payment providers retain their own payment records. Write to admin@damadama.appif you need help with a copy or deletion.

Children

Damadama is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account for someone younger than that.

Cookies

Sign-in uses Supabase session data stored in your browser. We do not run a third-party ad pixel on these pages.
