Terms
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms are the agreement for using Damadama at damadama.app. By creating an account or paying for Pro, you agree to them. Questions: write to admin@damadama.app.
The journal
Damadama is a habit journal without streaks. A signed-in person may keep habits, mark expected days, and read the year as one heatmap. It is a journal, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Account
You need an account to keep a journal. Keep the login to yourself. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. We may close an account that attacks the service or reads someone else's journal.
Plans and payment
New Pro purchases are currently unavailable. You can keep unlimited active habits without paying. The paid-plan terms below apply only to existing subscriptions.
Cancel and refunds
If you have an existing Pro subscription, cancel anytime in Settings through Manage plan. Access continues through the paid period. There is no prorated refund. The refund page is the full money rule.
Your journal
You own the habits and day logs you write. You give us a license to host them so the product can show them to you. How we handle that data is on Privacy.
Use
Use Damadama for your own journal. Do not try to break the service, scrape other people's data, or use it to send abuse.
Availability
We aim to keep the journal up. We do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change or stop a feature. If Pro would lose something you paid for in the current period, access still runs through that period.
Disclaimer and liability
Damadama is provided as is. We are not liable for lost day logs, missed reminders, or a decision you make from the journal, except where the law says we cannot limit that. If we are liable, the cap is the Pro fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the pages they point to are the whole agreement for using Damadama.
